Price
All our prices are inclusive, with only the addition of postage & packing. Prices are correct at time of publication (E&OE) but may be subject to future amendments.
Payment Methods
All goods must be paid for prior to despatch. Payment can be made using a credit or debit cards on our secure site. Alternatively, you may send a cheque or Postal Order made payable to Hawaiian Party Shop Overseas payments can be made by International Money Order, please note this payment will only be cleared when goods are ready for despatch.
Stock Availability
On the rare occasion we are unable to fulfil your order due to high demand, we will do our utmost to source an alternative product. Should this be necessary we will always notify you first to gain your agreement.
Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours as we endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Faulty Goods
You must inform us by email within 24 hours of taking delivery if any item was found to be faulty on receipt. Faulty items must be returned within 7 working days. We will send out a replacement item(s) upon receipt of the faulty item, or provide a refund for the cost of the faulty item, according to the customer's preference.
Returns Policy

We can only accept goods returned back in original condition, as shipped to you, no returned item should have been used and be in suitable condition for resale, in original package with undamaged headers. We cannot accept items that have been opened from sealed packaging. Costumes are usually supplied in re-sealable packages, to enable you to try for size. All items returned are checked upon receipt before a refund or credit note is issued.
Exchanges
The cost of shipping exchanged items will be the responsibility of the customer, this will be treated as a new order incurring a re-send cost, this will depend on the method chosen by you, the customer. We are unable to exchange, or send replacement items until the original item is received back into our warehouse. Should a replacement be urgent, we would ask you to re-order in the usual way and a refund for the original item made when received back with us.
Distance selling and online trading - The cooling-off period and cancellations
In the case of goods (your order), the cooling-off period ends seven working days after the day the goods are received. Customers must inform us in writing - by letter, fax or email - of their decision to cancel. You will be reimbursed as soon as possible - and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. You, as the customer, pay the postage to return the goods if unwanted and no refund of any postage will paid.
However, there are some exceptions to the right to cancel. Customers can't cancel if the contract is for:
- goods made to the customer's specification
- goods with hygiene implications such as wigs, hats and accessories with headbands.
We want you, the customer, to be satisfied with your goods and our service. Please contact us if you have any issues.

Should you have any cause for complaint, please contact us immediately, and we will do our utmost to rectify your problem.
Privacy Policy
We want to protect your privacy. Therefore, we will only use any personal information collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect is for the purpose of processing your order quickly and efficiently, and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not pass your personal details to any third party, and we do not store your credit/debit card numbers. These are only used by WorldPay to authorise each transaction.

Images displayed are used with permission granted by the copyright holder, every effort will be maintained to give clear descriptions and use current images giving good images of displayed items.
Tips for Ordering
Every order dispatched will need a signature.
Please allow three to four days from receiving an e-mail advising you your order has been dispatched, if for some reason, you have not received your order or a card from the chosen Carrier please contact us to enable us to locate the parcel in question.
Please ensure we have a correct telephone number and e-mail address, as this is the only means we have of contacting you.
Standard UK Delivery - £3.99 per order (not per item)
Orders are dispatched with 2 – 3 working days, (unless we have contacted you for some reason) all delivery methods used will need a signature.
Allow at least 7 working days for delivery from the time of placing your order to avoid disappointment, this method is NOT GUARANTEED next day.
Special Delivery £6.50
Your order is guaranteed the day after dispatch excluding Bank Holidays and Saturdays. (UK only)
Saturday Special Delivery £12.50 (under 2kgs)
This service is available for orders placed before 1p.m on Friday
Southern Ireland & Overseas Delivery £17.50 minimum
We will do our very best to deliver goods to you for the price shown, however, we reserve the right to increase Overseas delivery charges, depending on weight, size and destination, we will obtain the best price possible, and advise you should an adjustment need to be made to the cost, at which time you may wish to cancel the order.
A parcel is classed as ‘lost’ after 15 working days from dispatch.
Royal Mail hold parcels in local Sorting Offices for 7 working days, they then return the parcel to us.
